B2 Visa Query - Please help

My parents have got B2 Visa for 10 years around 7 years back, and my brother-in-law then in US has sponsored their Visa, he sent the sponsor documents etc. for them.
Now, my brother-in-law has returned to India and I am planning to travel to US. Can they travel to my place with the same Visa they got for 10 years?

Please let me know.
