Hi,
I am planning to process my wife's B2 visa so that I, my wife & my son (1.5yrs - US passport holder) visit my sister (L2 visa holder, her spouse is L1A visa holder) sometime in Dec'15 for 3-4 weeks.
For better success, questions I have are:
1) Should I show myself as her sponsor for this trip?
2) Should I show my sister's husband as the sponsor
3) Should she show herself as the sponsor? She has around 10k USD in her US account and around 5-10lacs in India account.
I have B1/B2 visa valid till May2016. Also we are currently in Poland on work permit and planning to apply for her B2 from Warsaw embassy. Both my wife and I have prior US stay/work experience (myself - L1B: Nov2009-Dec2014, wife - May2012-Dec2014 of which work exp = Jan2013-Sep2013(L2-EAD), Oct2013-Jun2014(H1B)
