My b2 visa application has been denied on march 17 2015. I got an wedding invitation from US. so my request is shall i apply again. Whay documents should be enclosed

I am self employed with monthly income 60000. In 2011 also my student visa got rejected. Again i applied for b2 visa in march this year. My qualification is intermediate. Age is 31 years.
