Can we save the application without scheduling the date?

Hello All,

I want to fill the complete application(DS 156, 157) and save it. I don't want to schedule the date for interview then and there. Can i do that in VFS site? Can we save the application without scheduling the date?

I did it , when I was applying b2 visas for my parents.
3 weeks back.. That time when I tried to create a new application , it asked me to fill all the forms and finally it said dates are not available ( I selected malayalam).
Now I can see that my application is saved for one month. If u want to keep it.. save it again and again after weeks, else they will delete it after one month.
