Vfs Site Help Urgent!!!

Hi

How to schedule an appointment in VFS website.
Do I need to go to "apply for non-immigrant visa"
or "reschedule/cancel appointment" tab. Please help me. The system says the dates are not available if I go to first tab

U have to use "apply for non-immigrant visa"
Then fill DS 156 and Ds 157 in order.
