urgent help

I am planning to invite my mother to Dallas USA. The problem is she is a government employee , teacher,and can get only two months of earned leave. And would want her to stay at least for 6 months. Is there a way she can stay for more than two months.

Provide leave sanction letter and rejoining letter and apply.
