My parents had B2 visa interview last week (Oct 5th). We were tracking the passport status in ustraveldocs website and it showed my father's passport as "ready for pickup' while for my mother it shows as 'Your passport has been picked up'. My father collected it today but I'm not sure where my mother's passport is??She hasn't picked up or any one else in the family.What does that status mean? I called the IVR too and it says its delivered .....
