  • need advice, what if i lie??

    Good evening,

I want to apply for a visitor visa to visit my uncle who is a US citizen and his family for his son`s wedding...and also see my parents.

The issue is that my parents applied for asylum a few months ago after arriving to USA by visitor visa...

Some people advised me not to mention that my parents are in the USA, even in the DS160 form, because if they knew about them i would be rejected immediately and they will not know because their case is not finished yet !!.. but i am afraid and i do NOT want to lie.

    Do you have any advices..
Knowing that we are from Syria and i am married, i have 1 child, doing master degree with my husband in a European country and we have a temporary residency for 2 years.

    Thanks

If you lie, you deserve to be rejected entry for life into my country, the USA.
