I'm a Foreign student in China studying medicine, i have been there for the past 5 years, i'm currently having my internship in the Philippines, however, i planned to apply for B2 visa when i get back to china to visit my friend during christmas before my graduation ceremony in JANUARY next year. i am a bit confused because i was refused the first time when i was one year old in china, with the reason been that "i have no strong ties to in china" but after 4 years of refusal, and with my graduation pending in january, is that not enough ties to proof that i will return to china after my days in the US? Because i cannot forfeit my medical degree to stay in the US illegally. PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVISES. THANK YOU
