Visitor visa for my mom

Please help me with my situation.,.......
My husband is goin on a h1 visa to US on feb 8th.I have not yet applied for my dependant visa. I am planning to apply for the dependant visa by june.I also want to take my mom to US on vistor Visa.Now my dad is in MTNL and is no interested in coming to US. I am doubtful if i shud go ahead with applying visitors visa for my mom in this situation since my husband would have hardly spent 4 months in US at that time. I also have my brother studing at florida doing his mtech. will they reject my moms visa on 214 b???...we donot have our own property also....

Why don't you come here and then apply for your mom after a while.

OR

if you can show enough finances then you can ask your bro to sponser before you even go to US. SO that way your mom can tell that you are in India.
