Visitor Visa - Question

Hi All,

My mother has appointment for Visitor Visa in Feb and I am sponsoring/inviting her. After I took her appointment I had to change my company and they did not do my H1B transfer in premium I just got my receipt number my question is if I dont get my H1B approval before her interview date

Do I need to take another appointment after I get my H1B approval or Can I just send her with H1B receipt I got from INS.

Please let me know

ur current H1, New H1 receipt and any other docs related to this will be sufficient.

Could you please elaborate on this. Are you saying my mom can appear for interview with my H1B receipt but I need to write a letter to consulate explaining them about the situation.
