Hello,
I would like to know if I can participate in DV lottery if I am an political asylum applicant? And in case if I myself can't, can my spouse benefit if I win (I have included her in my application and she is still in the country of our origin)
Additional information: I have submitted my application for DV lottery before I applied for the asylum, and I have 10 years tourist visa, but my I94 expires in February of 2016.
