Never.. Ever let the U.S consulate let to know that you have relatives in U.S.

I said the truth that i have relatives in United States... And my visa got rejected two times.

My friends got U.S visa when they said they don't have any relatives over there...

You need to disclose. Hiding it and later it being discovered would cause worse problems. You can reapply and get it.
