DS 156 error

I entered my husband's (he is the sponser) work phone number wrong in the online application. I interchanged the last two digits, but the number still would go to his office,(not his desk though).

So i was wondering, if i should change it as it still goes to his office and second if I can modify the application once I have taken the online appt.

please advice.

Yes, u can edit online. The first 14 fields on DS 156 are NON editable.

Select 'apply for ... visa" link and enter ur details. U will see a link like "Retrieve/modify appln"

still we can edit ( DS-156 form) online???

I think you can retrieve the form you had filled earlier and edit certain fields only. I am not tooo sure but would assume that it is editable only if you have filled and taken the appt online. Donno if you can take a fresh form and send again.

U can edit online only if u took appt online initially.

Editing is strictly for those who took appointment through vfs website. Certain columns are non editable.
