Interview next week- Docs required

Hi ,

I have B1/B2 interview lined up in Delhi on 27 Oct'15.

Can anyone guide me with sets of documents I require?

I have till now:
1) Employment proof and Salary
2)Mail from manager agreeing with for my leave
3)My IT returns for last 2 years
4)My education details
5)My sister is inviting me so invitation letter from her and proof of her residency and job along with salary.

I will get bank statement by next week. Any prescribed format?

What else do I need?
