B1/B2 visa for my parents was issued in 2005 and it expired in June-2015. They only used the visa once in 2005.
My parents would like to visit USA to visit me and now want to renew their visa.
We have filled up DS-160 and paid the fees. Now we see that they are eligible for Interview Waiver Program but they need to visit the Visa applicaiton center for finger print/photo.
My question is:
1) Where do they submit my sponsor documents?
2) What other documents do they need to submit from their side ?
3) Do they need to carry documents when they go for finger printing appointments?
What is the process? Do they have to go for first finger printing - then again wait and go for Dropbox program to submit documents again?
