My philippine GF is applying for(and will presumably get) an F-1 student visa to study in the U.S. next summer. After another year or two, she will apply for a tourist visa(she'll accompany me) to stay up to a year. What are her chances, given her previous entry as a student? This additional information may be useful: She's 32, has a 10-year old daughter, owns property in the Philippines and has traveled to Europe and Viet Nam(as evidenced by her passport).
