Hi,
I have couple of questions regarding DS-160.
(1) Regarding US Visa Sponsoring
I stay in India and have never travelled to US before.
My parents also stay in India and have never been to US before.
I have received invitation letter from my brother-in-law from US (mentioning that my Parents and my little brother would like to visit US).
Can I sponsor my Parents B2 Visa for US ?
If yes, do I have to fill form I-134 ?
(2) On from DS-160 there is a question.
Question -> Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?
The help section says that (You must answer Yes to this question if you have ever attended, for any length of time, a high school/secondary school (or its equivalent in your country) or college, university, graduate school, a doctoral program, or a vocational program.)
My parents have attended school till 7th and 9th standard and my brother is still studying in 9th standard.
Can you please let me know how the question should be answered in each case ?
