Hi,
My mom has a B1/B2 multiple visa and it was issued as she is an artist.
I need my mom and elder bro(Single, own business in india, 27) to come for my graduation in December.
Questions I have are:
1. Can my mom travel on her visa or should she apply for a b2 visitor canceling her B1/B2 multiple visa?
2. What docs should my bro show to get the visa?
I know there are less chances if one doesnt have a perm job back home, but I need a way to succeed in getting it.
3. Who should be their sponsor on paper? I m on opt n with a job in the us.
My mom is a govt employee and can sponsor herself and my bro.
But what is the best case scenario for supporting my bro? please elaborate on this.
4. Should this be a family application for better chances?
