    I-765 (OPT) denied, may I enter as a tourist? Currently outside US

    Hi,

    My opt visa was recently denied, and I am now outside the US. I want to go back and pick up all my belongings, can I simply enter without I-20 as a tourist and stay for a few weeks without any problem? I have been googling for days without any specific information regarding entering after a recently denied visa.
