how much time gap should be there bet two interviews

hello,

can anybody tell me how gap it should be there between two interviews,i mean my mother went for interview on 23 jan 2006 and she was rejected under 214b section now i got again an apt on 17 may 2006.is there any problem going within 4 months.will she be rejected again ,even i am looking for appt in month of apr or so as i am pregnant and i want her here by apr month.
pls help me

By rule, u can apply again in 3 business days. People's opinion varies in this subject. Some says applying after 6 months of first rejection is good, but others says, it doesn't matter.

I am of the opinion that you are good to go even for April.

thank u for the help apart from i have one more ? ,in the last interview's ds156 form ,for the question how long do u intend to stay in usa i wrote 5 months so can i change that now i write 2or 3 months or it should be the same ,my mother is going for third time for the interview first time she got for 1 yr in that form i wrote 2 months but she was not able to come in that yr so i reapplied and in that form i wrote 5 months and she was rejected that time now again i am applying so how many months should i write,pls help

anywhere between 2-4 months would sound reasonable. Many write 6 months.....some are not questioned at all and some get questioned why so long? so just depends.
