I want to visit my sister. she is sponsoring me I am applying from Pakistan & I am spouse of Irish citizen.
Do I need to file I-I34 form. My sister is a doctor & needs me to take care of his special child for a month due to some of her important assignments. My interview date is 2-nov-15

Got the B2 Visa without I-I34

I got the visa without submitting I-I34. it the requirement for immigrant visa only. For non immigrant visa they do not ask much in interview at least in my case. They just want to make sure that you will not stay in USA permanently. They didnt see any of my my papers even. The interview finished successfully within 5 min. somehow it depends on the counselor as well
