violation of 212 a 7 a i

i did visit usa last week but at airport home land security checked my bag and cell phone and find that i am intended to work as a priest in usa. they did cancelled vis with my statement. at last they stated .. you are inadmissible to the us as an intending immigrant not in possession of a valid immigrant visa, in violation 212 a7aiI of the ina as amended in that you appear to be returning to the us to work as priest and you are not ....you also have misrepresented material facts with regards to the purpose of your trip.. you will be be allow to withdraw your application for admission in lieu of an expedited removl and you will be required to return.. [you will need to apply for and receive the proper visa before returning to the usa...)
now my questions are
1 did my admission is banned for 5 years.
2. how will it affect if an orgnization file i 129 for R1 for me in usa.
