what to say during 2nd interview

My parents visitor's visa got rejected on Jan 4 at Delhi under section 214. This was their first attempt. I have a brother and sister in India who are married and settled. My father retired last year and mother is a house wife. Consular office did not even look at any paper work/affidavit etc. before denying visa under section 214.


I am planning to make a second reservation for them in March/April.

Does anyone has experiences or suggestion if consular officer asks:

"what has changed in 2 months that could negate earlier denial under Section 214".

Hi!

What did they ask last time and hw did they answer that?

Just try to make your points stronger and mention abt family and gran kids in India. Show ties to India. I know you might have but you will also have to show/talk it to the Officer.
