Hello,

My wife is a permanent resident of the US (Just applied for citizenship after almost 10 Years), And i came here on a tourist visa B1.
We met here and got married almost a year ago...

Duo the financial status we having a delay filing all of the documents to complete my process for a green card.

My question is:

Can we apply in any sort of a way for work autozeration for me under the current circumstances ?? OR i must first apply for green card and then due the process i'll get work permit ?

I'm trying to find a legal way to get a job so i can run my process and get over it.
