Hi, I'd love to get some help answering my questions please
I'm a US citizen and engaged to a B1/B2 visa holder who currently lives in Dubai
1. Is it legal for him to come with his B1/B2 visa and get married here in California ?
2. Can he stay in the states after while paperwork is being done or does he have to wait in Dubai until the green card interview process is finished ?
3. While the green card paperwork is in the process, can he apply and get work permit?
4. How long does each step roughly take ?
