Please help! question on Passport Issuance Place

Hi All,

I am boarn in India and carry Indian citizenship, currently i am on h1 visa , I have have renewed my passport and got my new passort from San Francisco and i have a question while filling usa visa appointment in india form

in step 5 : passport details
its asking for Passport Issuance Place: should i write it as USA OR INDIA?

please kindly reply...
