Hello,
I travelled to the US on the 11 July 2015, and left on the 19 October 2015. I went there to visit my sister's family and stayed and travelled with my boyfriend (an American citizen). I had to get back to my home country (Vietnam) to attend to my business. My visa validity is until 29th June 2016, but the allowance period that I can spend in the US is until 10 January 2016. Now my boyfriend and I want to travel around in the US for the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas), so I want to go back there. I heard that I shouldn't go back to the US too fast after I leave it. But my visa is still valid and I don't have any plans to overstay. I simply want to spend holiday vacations with my boyfriend and our families. I would like to ask if the chance for me to be able to get back this time high or low? I don't want to do anything illegally or to be deported.
