Quera for Applying the Family visa(wife + 3 children)

With the help of this forum, I got the US visit visa in July 2015. Now I want to apply for my family visa which comprises 4 members wife with 3 children
1. I have approximately 7.50 Lakh(Pak Ruppees) in bank account , is it enough for these 4 family members?. Even my wife’s real sister is in US.
2. Will I have to separate application for each children or it will consider with my wife application.
3. What justification will tell, If visa officer ask from my wife about that why you apply your family visa with your husband’s application.?
