  • Am I screwed? 2nd entry!?!

    Hello all,

This is a such a great and informative site. Glad to be part of the community now.

I am a 25 year old female Chinese citizen and was approved for a 10 year b2 visa. I told them it was a graduation trip.
On my first trip, I was allowed 6 months and I stayed for 4 months and went back.

Now I am planning a trip 2nd trip to Las Vegas.
This trip will be a 5 month span delay from my last USA trip.

My only concern is that on the 1st trip the USA immigration officer I was going to stay to travel, possibly Hawaii, Disneyland, etc but my plans ended up changing and I stayed for 4 months.

I didn't break any rules. I have a 10 year b2 and went back within the 6 months allotted.
I'm scared, will the immigration officer question or hold me back this time because my plans changed from the last trip?
I am only a student, will they question why I stayed how I stayed so long last time and deny entry at the airport?
But this will be 5 months from my last visit to the USA.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Pricilla

Since you have the 10 year multiple entry visa, as long as you do not overstay your I-94 dates, you should not have any problems at all. The only time there might be a red flag that would cause questioning would be if someone visits more than a couple times a year for extended periods of time.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
