Copy of Dcos. to be sent to VFS for Mumbai consulate

My parents have their interview in mar.
I have a question:
What does this mean?
Copy of documents to be sent to VFS by the applicant atleast 5 days in advance.
They took their appt. from A'bad centre
In that case should they go to A'bad office and give the copy of docs.
Or directly mail to Mumbai consulate.
Do they really accept as i was reading few threads in the forum on this topic everyone had a different experiences.
I need a help from immihelp administrative.

You can send the docs listed below by courier (blue dart etc) to VFS office Mumbai.
Copy of Valid passport.
One photograph as per specification
Original signed form DS-156
Original form DS-157
Original form DS-158, if applicable
Original, valid HDFC Bank visa fee receipt
Demand draft for Issuance Fee for Rs.2,300/- favoring “American Consulate General, Mumbai”, if applicable.


Could you please let me know which date you got from A'bad center ?

My parents took their appt. in nov. and their visa was rejected twice and they got the appt. for mar.28 at mumbai from A'bad.

When did they take Mar 28th Appt ? My parents visa also got rejected , I'm pregnant , I want them here asap. I'm not getting appt befre June in Mumbai. If your parents took appt recently then I can ask any of my family member to try it from A'bad.

My parents took appt in nov. 2005 and at that time they got appt. for MAr.28.
Their visa was rejected twice last year.
I also wanted them for my delivery.
But, things didn't worked.
