visitor visa for my niece
My niece currently doing her 2nd year of engineering in India and want to visit me in US during her summer vacation. She has never travelled to any country till now, can she get a visitor visa(B2) if I send an invitation letter. I am residing in the US for almost 21 years now and also hold a green card and what is best time for her to apply for the visa
