Bank of America - Balance statement issue

My mothers' appointment is on Feb 14th at cehnnai.
I am sending the documents to kerala.
Thanks for the wishes ... I need it mainly because
(1) My mother doesn't have any property on her name
(2) I could not plan in advance to have some money in her
bank account. Currently she doesn't have any cosiderable amuont.

I believe there is a risk of rejection involved.

Do i have to send the birth cetificate original? Copy will be
fine?. Since i am sending via UPS/Fedex, bit concerned.

u have to send your original birth certificate..... vos look at it generally and it is an important document ..sending by fedex is the safest..but send it soon plzzzz atleast give your mother sometime to understand al the documents .the sooner the documents reach,more comfortable your mom would be at the consulate with the papers....just a kind suggestion from me
can u suggest to what extent our bank balance matters.mine is an opposite case to yours my parents have a gud bank balance but ours is very less.....

Pathetic service from BOA. I still haven't received the letter.
I see two carges posted on my account $10 & $5 related this on jan 31st ( I applied on jan 28th). I was told that charge will be $10 only.

Fianlly received it on feb 8th.
Scanned and emailed to india.
It took 10 days. People should expect 10 days to receive the letter from BOA.
