Appointment forms - Urgent help
Can u please let me know answers for the follg as I need to book the appt urgently?
Is a birth certificate needed for the visitors too for the interview? My parents may not have one and the 156 form seems to ask for place of birth. Is is necessary to get a birth certificate and now in the 156 form match to where the place is going to be?
My father is retired and gets pension but we are planning to say that he works for my brothers (own) company. The form seems to ask for employment details, should I give it now itself?
When asked who will pay for trip, it is me who will pay for the trip. Should I say the truth or that my parents will pay it?
education details - place,course and year. Are all these really supposed to be accurate? My pblm is I need to call home and they need to recollect. I do not want to loose any appt. slots due to this.
