Hello,
I have few questions regarding change of status from B1/B2 to H4-B.
I am on H1-B visa. My girlfriend had received B1/B2 visa for 10 years. She is planning to enter USA soon. I want to surprise her and marry her while she is in USA. Later apply for change in her status to H4 using I-539. My questions are as follow:
1) Should I buy a one-way or return ticket for her?
2) Should we marry right away and apply for change in status? Or we need to wait for certain number of days before getting married?
