Tourist Visa Extension
Hi everyone. I just want to ask if USCIS allows tourist visa extension for the 2nd time. My mom first came to the US November 2013. I have applied for her 3 months extension which was granted by USCIS allowing her to stay legally. She went back to our country on Aug 2014. After a year, she came back to the US on Aug 2015 and the immigration granted her 6 months to stay (until Feb 2016). Can I apply again for another 3 months extension and what are the chances that she will be denied? Thanks in advance.
