First thanks for providing this helpful forum for many like myself.
I am naturalized US citizen. My mother and sister are also on green card.
My younger brother was denied student visa from Pakistan for lack of strong ties.
He eventually went to Australia is on summer break after one year of study.
I wanted to if it was advisable to attempt his US VISIT B1 visa from Sydney on Pakistani passport. We can send him invite and sponsor expenses.
He obviously have family here in US but he has strong reason to return to Australia for education.
We truly want him to be able to visit us with no intention of over stay.
Kindly advise.
