Is the applicant traveling from another country to apply for a visa in Canada?

Hi,

I'm living in Canada in a student visa and I'm applying for B1/B2 tourist visa to the US. When I tried scheduling an appoinment it's asking "Is the applicant traveling from another country to apply for a visa in Canada?". Should I answer Yes/No?
