Hi

I have followed the checklist for sponsor's documents that is given in this website.

a. Do any of you think some additions or modifications required to this checklist.
b. My husband is sponsoring for my parent's Visa. So please correct (if any) my check list
* I-134 (notarized. 2 Originals sent. Each for one parent)
* Bank statment (Citibank gives only the current balance in checkin and savings account. So only that is present)
* Bank statement for the last 6 terms
* Payslip for the last 3 terms
* His H1 apporval
* Copies of all pages of his passport
* Copies of all pages of my passport
* Letter from the employer
* xerox copy of our marriage certificate
* A letter for non-availability of w2 form
* Invitation letter to parents
* A travel iternary
* A letter to the consulate general of US

Anything else required?

what is "Letter from parents to consulate"? I mean what it should contain?
Is there any format for that? Please give information

It basically contains the same info that you have in ur letter to consulate.

Is letter from parents to consulate necessary? Becoz my parents nor my in laws had taken it with them.

Its not mandatory, but good to have since nobody knows what the officer is going to ask.
