    My Visa extension in process , can I send invitation letter for in laws visa

    My in laws plan to visit Usa on their own expenses.
    Is it mandatory they mention we stay here and are gonna see us ? Can uscis find out if not told?

    Should I send invitation letter when my visa extension is in process ?

    This is stupid question but want to confirm is there quota for b2?
