B2 Visitor Visa Refused on 24th Nov, 2015
Unfortunately,my B2 visa visa application has been refused 2nd time.But this time i was quite sure that my circumstances are changed alot.i applied this time after 3 years last was on 27th Nov, 2012.Also i want to add one point more that i went to Canada in 2010 on student visa but i came back after 2 months due to my mother health.then i cancelled my plan and never go to Canada again after coming to home country.then i start working here in Pakistan.Last time on 27th Nov,2012 i was refused with my parents.VO only asked question to my father then he refused.he did not asked any single question to me at that time.after one year in 2013 i promoted in my company.i travel alot almost in 7 countries after refusal.so this time most of the people saying that now u have a good travel history u can easily get the visa..and My elder brother got visa one week before from my interview..he is a well off business man.now i decided to reapply and said that i am going with my elder brother for tourism and write the same relative address as my brother does in his visa application.And my brother is bearing my all expenses.i thought i have the best case to show ..and i m also working with my part time firm(Own Business) and i am doing very well with earn handsome money.so i build my case gather all document and filled application with lot of prays.i put all my travel history.
Remember one thing i am not married but engaged so i put in marital status engaged in other tab.
All people around me are saying that this time u easily get the visa because u have a good travel history and u are going with elder brother who have already visa and a well off business man.In application they asked do u visited any countries in five years.so i put all my history including Canada. because i thought this one attract them that i am a law abiding citizen and i came back .
So on 24th Nov. 2012 on 7.50 my interview was like that :
VO: Good Morning
Me: Good Morning ma'am with smile.
VO: your passport please.
VO: why u do want to go US
Me: For tourism and for spend some vacations.
VO: what is your intended date
Me: 21st Dec
VO: how long do you stay there?
Me: 15 days
VO: Do u have any travel companion?
Me : Yes my elder brother
VO: Do ur brother have visa ?
Me: I said yes .
VO: do u have your brother visa copy ?
Me: No but i have passport copy of him.
Vo: Give me and she verified it and gave me back.
VO: what do u do
Me: explain in short
VO: where are u going in US
me : Lousiana..relative
At that time i was so confident and i am believing that my visa is going to approved now.
then
VO: do u visited Canada?
Me : yes(Because i wrote it in my application but she did not ask any other country)
VO: how long u were there?
me: for only 2 months,due to course choice and my mother health i came back and i have all proofs that i came time to time and never go there again.
VO: Start turning my passport pages.she saw other countries visa but then asked where is ur canada visa
Me : Here it is in my previous passport..she asked for it and write some no from my visa on screen.
VO; Then she asked give me that proof u said before then i gave her.
At that time i realize that she is now convince about my Canada visit.because i provide all things..So i was so confident ..
But in last i don't know what happened..
VO: what is monthly income
Me: explain
and then the last question come
VO: Are u married
Me: No but i am engaged ..she said okay with smile..all my conversation went with pleasant smile and environment..because she asked lot of questions so i was sure about my visa.Then she start typing for a minute..after a minute she said "SORRY ACCORDING TO AMERICAN LAW I AM NOT ABLE TO GIVE YOU VISA"..BUT I ADMIT ..don't know why she was saying "but i admit"..That was so sad moment for me because i made all my plans with my brother because we were quite sure.
when i was leaving the consulate then i prayed for them who were inside because i know the pain..
So this is the whole story ..anyone of you advise me or tell me what happen with me i really appreciate.waiting for your response..Thank you all and wish you best of luck..
