DS-160 B1/B2 Previous Visa

I am applying for a B1 / B2 renewal.

I have 2 US visas - a J2 (expired and latest) and a B1/B2 (not the latest, still active but about to expire).

I noticed that there is provision to enter only 1 Visa's details even though the wording says "Previous US Visas".

For the question - "Were you ever issues a US Visa?", do I fill enter details of the J2 or the B1/ B2 visa?
