Canadian Citizen I-485 Application Type

Hello,

My wife's mother is a Canadian Citizen and we want her to move here. I have done some research and found that we need to fill out both the I-130 and I-485 forms. We did that but it was rejected because we did not complete "Part 2 Application Type" on the I-485 form. I don't know what box to check. She came into the country about 4/5 months ago on a normal passport. Does anyone know what option I should check?
