Hello,
I am residing in USA and working here on H1B Visa. My parents and in-laws have visited USA twice in past 6-7 years. Now I would like to invite my brother and his family to USA. Question is my brother and his family won't able to travel for more than 15 days due to business situation. Hence I would like to apply only for my niece's visa but apply based on what i have heard its risky that they may not get visa. What should I do in this situation. Should i apply entire family visa and then access whether they all can come later or apply for Mother and daughter or Daughter an father??
Please advice what should I do?
