Hello everyone,
I have a step sister living in the US & is a citizen that I haven't seen for almost 20 years now & have not talked to for more than 15 years. Our father has passed away in 1996 & our motherS dislike each other...so you get the point.
So, what do I do? Do I HAVE TO list her in my DS 160???
By the way, she's saddly developmentally challenged and even when our dad was alive we rarely were in touch.
