First US Trip
Dear Friends , This is my first trip to USA and I am travelling with my family. I have following querries. Pls advice asap.
1. The Visa type is R/B2 and the annotation is "VISIT RELATIVES. MARCH THREE WEEK". The VISA validity is from 25 th Jan 2006 to 24 Apr 2006. Single entry. Does this annotation restrict me to travel only in March.
2. I have my itinery from 4th to 26 th March. The date of entry to USA is 4th March and date of return is 26 th. It makes 22 days. Does this will create any problem of overstayal. Whether Immigration Officer at the Port Of Entry could be explained about the return dates.
3.My Brother is in Tennessee. And I am getting down at New York. Stay there for two three days and then proceed to Tennessee. What should be the address in I-94 form. My Brothers(which is mentioned in the DS-156 as well ) or of any relatives in New Jersey.
Pls advice me on this front.
