Hello Immihelp,
I need ur kind words on the following.
1) Suppose we apply for extension and while the case is pending can we leave with the receipt and record our exit.Will there be a problem????
2) Will there be a definite problem when we apply for visa next time.Can we show them the receipt just to prove that the overstay was not illegal???
3) Wat do u do with the approval or denial letter that u get after u have left the USA???Should u show those letter at the time of interview when u r applying for next visa???
4) I know that when u get the approval u r OK.But when u get the denial u get of the status and that cud create problems in future so is it a good thing that u have left the US even if u get denial coz u wud have already left???wat do u say????
