Dear all,
I have a tourist visa (10 years) and I already went to the USA and stayed there for 5 months (I left before the end date stamped in my I-94), I had a baby there (who is a US citizen and is 2 years old now). I have my other son (8 years old under B1 visa) as well as my husband. Now my B1 visa has 4 years left. I was accepted on Masters in computer science program, and would like to join the university. I am afraid if I apply for an F1 visa and it gets denied, I will loose my B1 visa.
Could you please tell me the proper way to handle this.
