anybody experienced from delhi embassy?

my parents have appointment on feb14th in delhi embassy.
my father can understand and answer in english but my mother cannot...which visa officer u all suggest to me ?the american ones or the lady who handles the hindi punjabi line..i think she grills senior people a lot....
plzzzz do reply i need suggestions

If you taken appt in English, you will not have an interpreter option. For those who need local language, they should get an appointment in local language first and can avail the service of the interpreter.
