MIL went to intervie won 02/02/06 and was asked abt her children
and she said correctly(daughter in US in US and son in India ) She didnt mention that her son isn working in India. When asked about her income she mentioned that shes getting pension about 2000/month and shed didnt mention her son' salary. she was denied visa. I prepared all the documents as per the site and she had property docs etc but CO didnt look at anything.
The reason was 214g.
Is the denial bcoz she didnt mention that her son' is working & and getting salary?
